I've been working in technical operations for over 25 years and I've seen the industry go through multiple transformations during that time. I have worked for small startups and large enterprises, but always ensure that our processes are meaningful to the business as it is now, and will be in the future. For the past decade I have been focused on cloud computing, both from a SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS perspective, as well as DevOps, FinOps, and SecOps. I've been building, developing, and mentoring teams around transformative Ops practices longer than we've had names for them.
